Johnny, thanks! Looks like the clay question has been cleared up then! ;) Thanks for all those links....I have read some of them and Andy's one before before couldn't remember whether they were talking about that specific clay. Perhaps you should post those links to LL!

I've had 2 pascalite clay baths, which as far as I'm aware didn't do anything apart from make my legs tingle and make me feel dehydrated. If they do pull anything out there's also the danger of being overloaded with mercury as someone said.

That last message is hysterical. Also ....'the greatest genius'.....lol! The same person also called Andy 'the Saviour'.....though people from a certain part of the world mentioning no countries, do tend to be a bit evangelical! ;)

So what are you up to? Started yet?

I feel I need to get more organised first.......!
