Of course one can never trust what's online either, but if Health Canada warns against it, then check Health Canada site - trust me, as a Canadian, since we have free medical healthcare, if it's something that would cost a lot of $ in terms of health - they'll be telling the truth because they don't like to spend extra $ if they don't have to.... so when they think it's in our best interest "healthwise" it's more to theirs in terms of prevention and future health related costs.
