What lab did this test? Was it DDI? Trace elements?

Each element should have a "reference range" on your test results. e.g. on my test my hair calcium is 182, and the reference range is 22-97, so you can see my result is way outside the reference range.

If your results follow a similar scale (they look as though they do) then 166 is very high. You seem to have a classic deranged mineral profile (in the Cutler sense) which is indicative of mercury toxicity.
