Firstly, I don't believe in allergies, or believe that the majority of them can be cured. Secondly, my diet is spot on, pretty much raw, okay usually not organic but healthier than the average person. You maybe right about the tinctures, I do tend to take too much in combination but now its more a strict rotation (one for 4 days another for 4 days and so forth). However, as of yesterday, I made a significant breakthrough with digestive enzymes, I took about 5 in one evening and my sinuses began to clear up nearly straightaway, this is most interesting, so it maybe (despite not being fat or overweight in anyway) I need to cleanse out my bowels, I think my kidneys and liver are cool but I think I have to target the bowels first, then I'll certainly give the liver and kidneys a wash too. But yeah, I feel a lot better, I'm a little rough round the edges and the detox makes me feel funny (I irritate people, I irritate myself) but its like 20 times better than before. Chris
