I know..they all go hand in hand....
Clearing up the copper problems will help a lot.... I would get that book I suggested..it is a great read...and the plan helps so much...

They heavy metal thing is so tough, because the syptoms are both physical and mental... I hope your cleansing goes well.. fell free to e-mail me if you have questions...
