Can you post the numbers from the hair test (along with reference ranges)?

Being low in mercury is often a sign of mercury toxicity as it means that the mercury (which almost everyone has) is not being excreted properly. High calcium is also an indicator of this. But I would have to see more to make a definitive diagnosis.
