Well I just had gotten off from fungal defense and started increasing PD dose, I did see an increase in bowel movements originally but it felt my body adjusted to the large doses (12/day)(never had any die off).
Since then I consulted a naturopath and thru meridian testing it showed that my body responded better to a couple other probiotics.
Of course, probiotics is only one of many angles one should look at to regain health.
