Oh no, that Sugar will set you back. There is an energy booster, Andreas told me to use it. It is instead of drinking coffee and it is called Guarana. Of course I can't explain it, but it is in his book.
This last bottle, I noticed, I bought at GNC and they are capsules. It says 36% caffeine. Sorry I can't explain why this caffeine is ok.
