Pain relief for nerve damages, pain for any reason, esp carpal tunnel,
herbal tea recipe

Pain Relief Tea

1 teaspoon chopped valerian root
2 teaspoons white willow bark
2 cups cold water

combine herbs in a pan and cover with cold water.
soak overnight
strain.
take up to one cup a day,
a tablespoon at a time.

this cold soak tea can help relief of NERVE PAIN

esp such as in such conditiona as carpal tunnel syndrome
