I found out about Algin just a few weeks ago over at Herb Allure! I bought 3 bottles from them at a great deal- for 100 capsules a bottle! I took 4 capsules before and 4 capsules AFTER the dental filling replacements I got this past Thursday.

My bowel movements were increased - and I had no symptoms at all- except for a bit of gas before Supper. I also took Activated charcoal before and after the drilling.

i took so much vitamin C with Bioflavonoids, taht they had to give me 3 shots of novacaine, because i wasnt getting numb! :-D

I also used those detox foot pads- which made my legs feel great- no cramps!

Saving the Algin amd detox pads for the remaining filling removals-- as well as helping with chelating afterwards



By the way- raw apples and Lecithan supplements are said to really help with heavy metal toxicity-- worth checking into!
