Dear Rtatcz,

Your post is going to help a lot of people detoxify
their bodies successfully. Thank you from all of us.

I'd never heard of algin, but I've been eating brown
seaweeds daily for many years. I alternate kombu kelp,
alaria, nori, wakame, and Agar-Agar (which is a white
crystal). I knew the kelp was good for me, but I
didn't know about its ability to bind up all kinds
of toxic horrors. I'm in your debt for educating me
about the healing powers of algin and kelp.
