Hey wabbit,
I thought Wrenn/Ami's suggestion was good - but I would suggest going to an eye doctor as soon as is convenient. It doesn't hurt to have them look at it and tell you what it actually is. If there is anything there, they can remove it, and if it's just a scratch then you'll know, and can rest it. And if it's something else none of us thought of, the doctor can tell her that, too. It's not like it is a bad thing to go to a doctor. I don't think you want to mess around too much with the eyes since they are so sensitive and important!
