I don't see how anybody could make the connection to Mercury based on what you say.

I think it would be interesting if you would keep a journal, writing everything down each day.

Date
Day
What you ate, or consumed (drank, medication, herbs, etc)
where you were exactly
How you felt at any time of the day if out of the ordinary.
Anything else you could think of.

You might see a pattern, or some connection in time.
