The thing is, when you're sick, and an amateur at healing, you have no idea what is and isn't good for your own body. Something which makes you feel sick might actually be good for you, and vice versa. Is it "safe" to try things out and see if they work? I am somewhat afraid of trying something because of possible side effects.
