collidal silver is good for viruses and bacteria but mucus is not a virus. Cayenne or Jalepenos are the way to get rid of mucus. If you do not like hot peppers, purchase some cayenne in gel tabs. Take as much as you can stand. Also quit dairy...Dairy is phlem... A little apple cider vinegar could also help.
