I am a 25 year old male, i until last year my life for the previous 4 years i was suffering with severely bad acne, all over body and face. Basically those years i didnt do anything with my life and was pretty much in the house all the time.

Anyway, now my Acne is under control, so i am able to work, However i find that my concentration is really poor, i have poor focus,Slow thinking, i feel like im all over the place. Another thing is that if i dont sleep well for one night, these symptons are exagerated ten fold. I also panic more, it affects every aspect of my life, and im worried how it will affect my life in the long run, ie being able to hold down a full time job.

Can anyone help and give me suggestions what i can do, and what im suffering from.
