My skin has gotten better, but now i believe new obstacles have surfaced. It turns out that now I get a yellow coat on my tongue. I have mostly whitish coated tongue, with the cracks running down the middle of the tongue. The yellow is on the sides of the crack in the middle... I also feel some type of pressure in the liver area. Im suspecting there is an obstruction. I am also kinda constipated. Im doing a Liver Flush Sunday, and I am hoping the Epsom Salts will flush any old stuff out...If not well I hope its safe to do a Liver Flush anywayz. I was able to get money for a colonic this week, and have to drive about 45 mins in order to get it.. Im not sure how to get there, but ill have a map! This yellow tongue is freakin me out, but not as much as the pressure in my liver...It has to be blocked bile ducts right? BTW, usually after LF's i tend to pass stones, days after the flush itself..Sometimes i feel it happening, like marbles passing through something in my right side..Soon after i start breaking out bad on my forehead... Although all these other obstacles are surfacing, my skin is not bad..tolerable. Ive never had a yellow tongue before, so im sure it has to do with my liver. Im pretty backed up now cuz of it...I will try an enema tomorrow before I take my epsoms..Hope all goes well!!! Can someone tell me if my assumption of whats going on with me is right? Should I hurry and do another LF, to unblock my bile ducts?! Thank you!
