Thankyou for replying to my last message. I am sorry to hear that you have had some adverse health effects for some time. I don't think you'll loose it, I think you need some supplementation that will help you.
Try selenium tablets as this helps bind to Mercury before it can be so damaging.
This is also called the antiaging mineral, and one can see why when it has the ability to reduce Mercurys radical activity. Selenium supplementation has helped me to get better.
Take a good dose of selenium before you go to the dentist and keep it up for a couple of months after removal take at least 64ug or two tablets a day. Don't go past this however as selenium can become toxic itself with too much. But it's far better to use it particualy before and after Amalgam removal than not to use it!
Also for the day of Amalgam removal buy some activated charcoal tablets, and take at least 7 before you go and sit in the chair ( what this does is bind to any Amalgam that is accidentally swallowed or ingested and provides general protection aswell.)
I believe also that if it makes us so sick to remove fillings then what is it doing in our mouths? It is important that for one to get well that they remove their Amalgams, but the process must be done carefully to avoid making things worse. Dr Hal Huggins has explained this as he pioneered Amalgam removal. There is a specific order that the fillings must be taken out, people that rush and have any dentist remove them without taking heed to this can become worse than before the removal! So in closing I wish you the best of luck in your removal plan. Remember the selenium and activated charcoal though and make sure a proper biologic dentist removes your fillings in the correct Huggins electrical order.

(It's well worth it, and I wish I had of looked into this more before I rushed to have mine out, I probably would of avoided getting so ill after.)
But I'm better now than how I was a month or so ago, mainly I think because I have kept the selenium supplementation up.
