Ok, so I was washing my face, disturbed as always due to my acne. And as I was washing underneat my face (where you can feel a pulse) i noticed the left side had a little lump. I felt my right side, and it was normal. Now for years, I always looked into my throat and noticed that one of my tonsils was inflamed and the other wasnt. I always thought this was a normal thing. But now that I think of it, could this have something to do with why I have so much Acne underneath my face, and especially on my neck, on the left side? Is this inflamed tonsil overtaxing my lymph system? Is it the reason why i break out so much on my neck? This tonsil has been like for this for years, and it has never hurt or anything. Im guessing theres alot of bacteria and stuff in it, as a constant source of toxicity that my body needs to fight everyday to keep me healthy. I really wanna get rid of this acne, but I dont think its possible until I get this tonsil back to a normal size... There is literally a small sized ball on the left side of my throat. Im assuming I have a lot of toxins in my throat... Any idea on how i can reduce the size of this tonsil? There is no pain there, so there is no reason to have it removed. My body has been good to me. Thank you. (Left tonsil inflamed=Left side neck lymph node congested=Left side, underneath face, acne? Is it all a coincidence?)
