try to buy organic in shell sunflower seeds
and also some *organic* nuts etc, if you get dry roasted,
you get them from an online store maybe,
and then find they have been roasted in soybean oil *(

but that was last year that happened to me.

i only buy inshell organically grown nuts now

that way less chance of molds and fungus.

I am now about 85 -90% raw foods !!! yeah !!
working my way to 100 %
once i get the red lentil and peas sprouts growing too,
then i will be ready to up to 99 or 100 !!

btw growing sprouts is so darn easy, and they are NOTHING
like instore sprouts at all
they are wonderful small, lush, nutricious green plants that you eat fresh,
grow within 5-7 days what a food bill saver!
my qi (chi) pig blog has all the tips in it from Owen
and his format is working very well for me.
