Several months ago, I was involved in a pedestrian auto accident where I was the pedestrian. Ever since the accident, my tests show low thyroid activity.

I eat sea plants two or three times a week.

Make sure all my minerals/electrolytes are balanced

I take I cap of Raw thyroid -by Natural Source- a day.

I take 1 cap of adrenal caps -by Solaray- a day.

I also walk regularly

It works great for me. I love the way I feel.
