I would dare say that it isn't authentic Sea Salt .
You will want to look for a product that is marketed as pure unrefined, unpreserved celtic Sea Salt . I should be grey and damp to touch and look like little rocks.
Anything that is marketed by "McCormicks" is likely heavily processed and refined and therefore not healthy because all the nutrients are removed.
