While at a community breakfast , about twelve (12) hours ago, my husband ate some pancakes with a - "buttery" flavored syrup. I noticed that it had a different taste and smelled like: buttered rum. A few hours later he was stricken with: abdominal cramps, vomitting, constipation. Any clues.... Many thanks!
