Oh and one more thing. If you are eating any dairy products or any other mucus producing foods, stop.

Make sure you are drinking plenty of water. We need half our body weight in ounces of water daily. Other liquids do not count toward this water drinking goal. A person weighing 150# needs 75 ounces of water.

Have you done Liver Flushing or any thing else beside a master cleanse ? I do not know what a wild rose cleanse it.
