hi. i was a smoker for 20 years and tried lots of things but nothing lasted very long and it was always a big deal. then someone introduced me to the book "allen carr's easyway to stop smoking". easy? - sounded too good to be true! but it completely removed my desire to smoke and i have been happily not smoking for years - can't even remember when i stopped!! give it a shot. most book stores sell the book and there are clinics in most countries (if you need some extra support). it changed my life and i hope it has the same result for you. good luck :)
