Yes, I tend to swell or have edema if I am not really careful about the amount of water I drink and not sitting for long periods of time. When I travel or have a conference that requires long periods of sitting, I have problems, no matter how much water I drink

I am taking several kinds of oil daily now, but I will add olive oil. I have read that olive oil should be purchased in a "dark" bottle. The darkest I can find might be described at "smoky" colored glass. Is that what is meant by a dark bottle? It isnt' dark like a brown beer bottle, but only somewhat colored grey or brown. Or better yet.....brand advice?
