Hi,
I am doing Dr.Clark's liver cleanse today, and wasn't sure about the mixtures. It says to mix epsoms salts with the water,drink at 6:00, repeat at 8:00. Heres where i am confused, at 9:45, am i supposed to mix the olive oil and grapefruit, in the Epsom Salt mixture, or does the olive oil and grapefruit go into a seperate jar? Thanks a bunch:) Dee
