Blue, I appreciate the input but honestly don't think this is my answer. Not that I don't think there is some useful information here, but from everything I've learned and experienced in the past two years, I've concluded that my body is determined to hold onto that extra weight for some reason. That's the answer I'm looking for....has the same sensation as looking for the perverbial needle in a haystack. Nonetheless, thanks for responding.
