If its not safe then we are all in alot of trouble because your own body makes H202 to destroy anaerobic pathogens. Most beneficial organisms are not destroyed by oxygen. Ah natures perfect plan.

I would be considering a lifestyle change (diet etc) Because one should not have to rely on these (artificial) means for extened times. Seems like your body chemistry is off?

Also I hope you are using foodgrade, very dilute H202.

What is your diet like?
