I, myself, used to do enemas before and after doing liver flushes, and have also tried salt water flushes (2t salt mixed in 1qt warm water, drink first thing in AM on an empty stomach). Then I discovered Oxypowder . Basically, I start taking Oxypowder 2 days before Liver Flush and continue taking for 2-3 days afterwards, until I no longer see stones in the toilet. Much easier than enemas and salt water flushes.
