It's just about the most perfect food that I have found thusfar!!!
You have posted some of the qualities yourself in your post....

Are you asking about taking a tsp. of the granulated H. salt with lots of water?? that may be a bit too much, unless you are prepared for a healing crisis.....just sprinkle your fine, granulated H. salt on your food. But for ingesting with water, you need to make the sole.....to get the molecular, chemical structure with the benefits of combining pure water and the H. salt.

Overnight, it dropped my blood pressure from borderline to
113/75. Nothing has been this dramatic.

Again, I highly recommend the book Water and Salt....I'm not an expert, just an enthusiatic user!!
