Hello Mat!
What occurred with you to cause this conditon to appear? Here's what happened with me:I developed carpal tunnel syndrome when I did not have a wrist rest for my computer key board. What I did to handle this was I purchased wrist braces at my pharmacy which I wore at night for several weeks. Doing that plus getting a wrist rest for my keyboard handled the problem.
The wrist braces are not expensive and might be worth looking into.
