maybe it's not carpal tunnel! My wrists DO NOT hurt! At night my hands and fingers lose circulation and go to sleep causing tingling and lots of pain, thus causing me to wake up and try to switch positions. This happens probably 8 to 10 times a night....I never get the rest I need. This used to happen only when I was lifting with heavey weights doing delts, and at night I sleep alot on my stomach w/my hands above my head. But now I am realitivly new at a job (airline ramp agent) and I'm getting this problem all the time. Any suggestions?
