As someone else stated, cilantro will mobilize the mercury, but not necessarily expel it, so it will be redistributed elsewhere. It can make you very, very sick, even cause permanent damage at this point.

The magnetic clay should be fine, though I really don't know how effective it is. I would strongly suggest you look into the protocol of Andrew Cutler for mercury chelation. Here's a good resource:

I would suggest looking into Epsom Salt baths for now, and taking selenium, zinc, and vitamin C to alleviate symptoms in the short-term.
