Below is a link to a very pertinent article in the Breaking News Forum. The big scare about osteoporosis is partially just hype from the pharmaceutical companies, as well. This article doesn't mention it, but even when bones are "strengthened" or bone loss is reduced via drugs, the formations are highly unstable and not like natural bone, and are still just as risky for breaking.
