I totally agree. I am 42 and it took a month before I felt clear headed again. diet will help alot and sweating. what has helped me very much is liver flushing. also enemas help tremendously. acv enemas will help with candida wich is goes hand in hand with mercury and causes brain fog. coffee enemas are great for detoxing the liver and will help get the toxins OUT! look on the forums for specifics or email me if you need advice. I had horrible symptoms, but every day gets better and better. drink a lot of water and eat an apple a day.
