Hi All,

I just read these two articles online about a new patented blend of fiber produced from the Japanese root Konjac Mannon or glucoman.

Both articles put the context of this wonderfiber PGX in terms of weight loss, but if this fiber is capable of absorbing even more water than psyllium, might it be used in a P&B shake? Apparently it is less likely to cause upper and lower digestive tract problems.

I'm wondering what the experienced cleansers think of this new product and if mixed with bentonite, might it be an even more effective alternative to psyllium?

Thanks- the links are below
