make some cooked oatmeal, dip fingers in it and rub on affected areas. let dry
take a bath add a handful of oats to water and soak in it.
personally ? i would open a teabag and dump contents then put some cooked oatmeal in it and tape it to the spots with adhesive
bandage or just sit and let it cool on spots etc..
oatmeal is a wonderful all around help for a huge amt of health
problems.
i used to use the milk water from it regularly on my face with rosemary and had a really nice butter soft skin..
which remeinds me to start doing that again lol !
i used it on some extremely severe soap eczema i had gotten after having my kids many years ago
and my hands were constanly in water
it really cleared the problem up fast. just rub it on skin/
let dry brush off oatmeal flakes..
also if you have pascalite clay floating around that is incredible stuff!!
witch hazel is time honored help for poison ivy btw and cheaply bought.
Best to you

btw don't scratch! don't share soap!!
wash hands alot and rub fingernails along your own personal soap
to clean under them
drape a sheet on a spot you sit in/ so any sores on legs might not get onto the cushions etc/ jstu for health concerns
it is contagious after all
if you MUST scratch, use a cotton ball soaked in witch ahzel or so and rub gently with that around the edges til the itching stops. and immediately throw away cottonball and wash hands.
