thank you SO much for this detailed message dani... i'm a TOTAL wimp too... :( so you made me feel much better...

if you are still having trouble with your digestion, might i suggest that u do some Liver Cleansing (liver flush)? my digestion got SO bad at one point i could barely digest a boiled egg... but after the Liver Flush (during which i passed a lot of large stones, including one that was over 1 inch long) i am at least able to eat now... i plan to do a few more after the Amalgam replacement...
