How I Healed My Floaters & Flashes by Owen ..... Ask CureZone Community

I'm a 63 year-old man who has been
in excellent health for 28 years.
But last autumn, I suddenly developed floaters in my left eye.
Even worse, I noticed lightning=like
flashes in the corner of the same
eye. At night, they were especially
noticeable.

I did some research on the web. Then
I made an appointment with an eye
doctor to see if there was damage to
my retina. Thank God, there wasn't.
The doctor told me that flashers
and floaters were common in men my
age.

After more research, both on the web
and in my health books, I found that
a number of people recommended
hyaluronic acid (HA), a substance
I'd never heard of. Turns out that
every cell in our bodies produces
its own HA, and uses it as a
lubricant. But as we age, the HA
production falls dramatically.

I learned that Miso, a fermented
food from Japan, is a rich source of
natural HA. Taro root is also full
of HA. You can find the latter at
Asian markets. The two HA supplements that were mentioned most
often were Injuv and Synthovial 7.

I bought a bottle of Injuv from the
Vitamin Shoppe and began taking two
capsules each day: one in the early
morning, and the other just before
bed. I also went to my Whole Foods
Market and bought some Miso. It's
in the dairy section, and comes in
little tubs like cottage cheese.
I bought two kinds: red and white
miso. I ate a tablespoon of miso
each day. I like the taste of it.

It took 4 months, but my floaters
and flashes disappeared. I still eat
Miso every day, and I now take one
injuv capsule every morning, instead
of two.

Nothing works for everyone, but
perhaps one or more among you will
have the same good fortune as I did
with Miso and Injuv. I hope so.

Blessings.

Owen
