Hi Tobi,
THe IAOMT website has very few dentists listed when I put in the search. Are all doctors recommended on that site biological dentists? What kind of questions do I ask when I call in the office to determine if they are biological dentists?

Also, I need to find a biological oral surgeon. How do I do that?
