It's good to have so many wonderful references for such a delicate procedure.

This will be my first time but I am looking forward to it. How long does each session take and how many times does it need to be done to clean out the colon? I have had a history of constipation for most of my life and finally got it under control after several Colon Cleanses over the past 3 years.

I still haven't passed a MP with the P & B shakes (2 weeks) so I am assuming that the walls of my colon are still a big problem.
