I just began using a tongue scraper. My tongue has a white film on it and I am able to scrap off a lot of gunk by using this tongue scraper. I am currently in week three of the P&B shakes and have completed two liver flushes.

Is it best to scrape BEFORE brushing my teeth and tongue, or AFTER? If after, is it recommended to rinse my mouth with something afterwards?
