Flagyl has some terrible side effects. And you would be creating synergy by taking it after those Antibiotics . In addition to what Lapis said, I would be on the 30-40 cloves of garlic a day. Take a week off if you must (you will stink). Make sure you have cayenne and cloves. Rub cayenne on the infected area to help bring blood there. Then an hour or so later, try and hold ice there (even if from the outside on your cheek). This will help flush the area and get the garlic and the items Lapis mentioned to the tooth's socket. I would do hot cold showers on the face too.
Chew a clove to numb any pain you might be having.
Echinacea. I'd take 1-2oz per day for a few days to get that immune system running.
Later you are going to need to Liver Flush and to start rebuilding your intestinal flora with either some good yogurt or some rejuvelac.
