not exactly Kala, the biocompatibilty test is used if the patient has one. i recommend it to those patients who say they are "allergic to everything". but, yes, 99.9% of the time, patients are compatible with the materials used by biological dentists. for info on how to get the test, see my FAQs page and scroll down a ways.
