Dr. Hal Huggins  invented the IV conscious sedation procedure for total dental revision in Puerto Vallarta at their clinic in the late 90s and both have been using it ever since. Many dentists are not equipped to use IV conscious sedation and others want your money, so they break up all your treatments. The one day protocol is the cheapest on the pocketbook and the easiest on the immune system. Huggins charges a big upfront fee.
