Hello: I am trying to find information about 100% raw food diets and possible infection or inflamations, (skin pimples that become inflamed,etc.) I saw something under the raw food forum, yet haven't been able to find the article. Does anyone have any information regarding possible problems that can occur when on 100% raw diet. Been 100% raw for 30 days, 80% for a year before that. Thank you for your assistance.
