I have read that far infa red saunas are very hard on the adrenelin glands. Somebody on the net is selling her home system because she said that she burned out her adrenaling glands. She has MS and was warned that her condition was not suitable for the use.

I think that you are wise to look into the safety of it. Of course many people swear by the benefits.
