I posted this once, but ended up in Archives, but I received a response. So, I will try it again.
My hubby and I want to purchase a sauna for our new home. Is the Infrared heat superior to dry heat? Any dangers with Infrared Heat, just doesn't sound healthy? Anyone have any personal experience with a particular brand or have any recs?
