Different realities for different stories. Some do well on the highly processed, highly unneatural ascorbic distillate and others resonate for the more natural, and in my opinion, holistic whole food/state. Most of the studies touting the efficacyof vitaminb c were done with whole foods containing large amounts of naturally occuring vitamin C.



Radiant C is a good blend of wholefood C.
